For custom orders, please include measurements and references so I can provide a more accurate quote. It takes about 2-4 weeks to complete a project, depending on the order volume. If there are any changes to the schedule, I will promptly notify you. I ship through USPS, and their average US domestic shipping time is 2-3 days.

To create a custom order, a 50% deposit is required, which becomes nonrefundable once the tufting process has begun. I will send an invoice including the price, deposit amount, shipping costs, and taxes. The other 50% is due prior to shipping.

If a custom tufted piece has a custom name, the total estimated price is due before tufting begins.
