You asked. We answered
HOW DO YOU TAKE CARE OF A HANDMADE TUFTED ARTWORK?
Tufted work is made with 100% acrylic (unless otherwise requested). Fibers will naturally shed, and it won't affect quality. Lint roll or vacuum (NO rotary brush).

If you want it as a rug (floor), place it in low-traffic areas for durability and longevity. Rotate the rug for even sun exposure and wear from the furniture. Please avoid damp areas.

Remove spills immediately, spot clean with a mild detergent or water, and air dry.

The best way to treat handmade tufted works is as if you would a hand-painted canvas artwork (gently and with love). I personally like to hang them on the wall as a tapestry, and it makes a great tactile (touch) artwork.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME?
For customs, it will take 3-4Â weeks, based on order volume. For regular orders, it depends on if they are already made (5-7 days) or if they will need to be newly made (same timeframe as customs).
DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?
Yes! Please head over to the custom order tab for any custom tufted works. If you are interested in any freelance design work, please email me at kawaiituftsandtales@gmail.com
WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMS?
Simple designs can be 1'x1' to as large as 5'x5'. The higher the detail, the larger the rug will have to be to effectively incorporate the detail.
DO YOU MAKE RUGS WITH CUSTOM NAMES?
Yes! I have several fonts available (Barbie, Spongebob, Shrek, etc.) that I can customize to fit your needs. Please fill out the custom order form for more details.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, there are no returns, but please reach out if you are having any issues!
CAN YOU HANG THESE TUFTED PIECES ON THE WALL?
Yes!
I have an option available when purchasing if you would like it on the floor (rug) or on the wall (tapestry). When choosing the tapestry option, I put D-rings on the back of the tufted artwork so you can use those to hang it on hooks.
If you have already purchased and do not have the rings, please email me, and I will do my best to assist. In the future, I may have a video available to follow for reference.
