Customization Options:
You can request to change colors and sizes. For changing colors, please leave a note when purchasing. For changing size, please head to the custom order tab to request an order. There will be a price difference for the change in size. 
 
Time Frame for Pre-Orders:
It takes 3-4 weeks to complete projects. I have one large tufting frame, so I work on multiple orders simultaneously. I will notify you if there is any deviation. Sometimes I'll have a rug already made and can send it early, or there are some issues (supplies, health, etc.).
 
Shipping:
For domestic shipping (US), I mainly use USPS, which can ship in 3-4 days. For international shipping, delivery times vary for each country (will send updates and tracking numbers). I currently have UK, Canada, and Mexico available for shipping since I have had several inquiries from those countries. If you are outside of these areas, please send me an email, and I can verify the shipping price with you.
